Located just minutes from the CBD of Innisfail. The Barrier Reef Motel is on the southern approach on the Bruce Highway (corner of River Avenue and Scullen Avenue). It is in the heart of the Cassowary Coast just 90kms south of Cairns and 250kms north of Townsville.

The CBD has most of the national supermarkets, Coles, Woolworths, Kmart, BCF as well as specialist stores, restaurants, cafes, takeaways, and national fast food chains.

Innisfail is ideally located at the base of the Palmerston Highway to access the Atherton Tablelands and further west to the Gulf Savanah region. Or head east to enjoy the wonders of the Great Barrier Reef.
